The terms you agree to when you book or buy from Team Bo Bell Academy.
These terms apply to everyone who books a session, joins a class or programme, or buys from Team Bo Bell Academy.
Where a booking or payment is completed on a booking platform or store, that platform's terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
Team Bo Bell Academy provides instruction, coaching and related services. They support general wellbeing and are not medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
A booking is confirmed once payment is taken or a place is reserved in writing. Prices are those shown at the time of booking.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered by the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Work at your own pace and within your own limits, follow instructions given during a session, and stop if something does not feel right.
Everyone is entitled to a safe, respectful space. Behaviour that makes that impossible may end a booking without refund.
Course material, recordings and written guides remain the property of Team Bo Bell Academy and are for your own use.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
